Fixed a couple of bugs and logging tweaks

• Refactored the remaining `SNLog` calls
• Added support for a 'customSuffix' to the log categories (similar to the 'customPrefix' it allows category name manipulation whilst keeping the existing log level settings)
• Improved logging in the PN extension
• Fixed an issue where the PN extension would end up with duplicate logs every time a new PN was received
• Fixed an issue where the PN extension would needlessly dispatch it's setup to the main thread
• Fixed an issue where the PN extension would try to read from the database after suspending it
• Fixed an issue where the PN extension could try to complete on a non-main thread (eg. db threads) which _might_ cause odd behaviours

Added timestamp verification logic and fixed a couple of QA issues

• Updated the code to set and check the 'sigTimestamp' value in order to validate the envelope.timestamp when possible
• Disabled the delete/select buttons on the attachment screens in legacy groups once deprecated
• Disabled the ability to remove reactions from the reaction list in legacy groups once deprecated
• Fixed an issue where the "expired groups" banner could incorrectly appear after creating a new group
• Fixed an issue where the ConfigSyncJob wouldn't report it's failure immediately

Refactored the LintLocalizableStrings script

• Added new 'LintControl' mechanisms to allow for ignoring sections of code
• Added new 'MatchType' mechanisms for excluding unlocalized cases
• Updated the code to explicitly handle localized template strings (both single and multiline)
• Updated the code to process files across multiple threads to improve performance
• Updated the code to use Swift 5.7 regex and store in static variables to prevent reconstruction every time they are used
• Removed the list of individual files which are ignored (now just output a count)
• Fixed an issue where having a localized string on a subsequent line could result in an unlocalized (or incorrectly localized) string not being detected
• Fixed an issue where having multiple strings on a single line could result in an unlocalized string not being detected
• Fixed an issue where zero-width characters would result in the variable count comparison between translations failing
• Fixed a number of localization warnings

• Fixed the ThreadSettingsViewModel unit tests
• Fixed a rare issue which could occur where the libSession network change callbacks could be called before the network finished initialising and being stored in dependencies
• Hardcoded a bunch of future groups functionality strings (so at least there is something for testing)
• Updated the 'performAndPushChange' function to be on the LibSessionCacheType so it can be mocked
• Updated the Mock logic to support specifying a dynamic return value via a closure
• Tweaked some variable naming to remove ambiguity

Resolved the remaining known internal testing issues
...
Removed the 'immediatelyOnMain' extensions as they would break in some cases (eg. upstream errors with multiple 'receive(on:)' calls) resulting in logic running on unexpected threads
Updated the ReplaySubject to add subscribers in an Atomic just to be safe
Updated the code to remove the invalid open group when the user receives an error after joining
Fixed a bug with editing closed group members
Fixed broken unit tests

Fixed a large number of bugs and added a setting to control open group message deletion

Added a setting to control whether open group messages older than 6 months should be pruned
Added some defensive coding to prevent an edge-case which could cause a crash (wasn't filtering out a potential invalid row from the home screen data)
Fixed a bug where preOffer call messages weren't correctly sending push notifications
Fixed a bug where all incoming calls would be rejected and seen as calls disabled
Fixed a bug where the copy on call info messages was displaying the sender's name instead of the thread contact's name for outgoing calls
Fixed a bug where the input view wouldn't appear when creating new DM conversations
Fixed a bug where threads might not show the message request approval UI
Fixed an issue where some logic might not have run correctly when first registering an account
Fixed a bug where the note to self thread could incorrectly appear when restoring a device
Updated the GarbageCollectionJob to run onActive instead of onLaunch (since it's likely we will rarely launch)
