Fixed a couple of bugs and logging tweaks

• Refactored the remaining `SNLog` calls
• Added support for a 'customSuffix' to the log categories (similar to the 'customPrefix' it allows category name manipulation whilst keeping the existing log level settings)
• Improved logging in the PN extension
• Fixed an issue where the PN extension would end up with duplicate logs every time a new PN was received
• Fixed an issue where the PN extension would needlessly dispatch it's setup to the main thread
• Fixed an issue where the PN extension would try to read from the database after suspending it
• Fixed an issue where the PN extension could try to complete on a non-main thread (eg. db threads) which _might_ cause odd behaviours

• Removed a redundant base64 encode/decode
• Removed messy extra message validation function
• Fixed an edge-case where a member granted supplemental access to the group could end up incorrectly kicked under the right conditions
• Fixed an issue where the copy for deleting a deprecated legacy group wasn't accurate

Refactored the 'RecipientState' type
...
• Refactored the 'RecipientState' type to just be columns on the 'Interaction' table
• Added some syntactic sugar to clean up the 'CallbackWrapper' boilerplate within the LibSession+Networking code
• Fixed an issue where sending a message into a group where you are the only member would result in the message permanently being in the sending state
• Fixed an issue when initially setting up the interaction database structure where the community whisper mechanism needed another column
• Fixed a bug where the MessageSendJob wouldn't time out during path building
• Fixed a bug where the MessageSendJob wouldn't retry 8 times before detecting a timeout (meaning it would retry up to 80 times in total before permanently failing)

• Fixed the ThreadSettingsViewModel unit tests
• Fixed a rare issue which could occur where the libSession network change callbacks could be called before the network finished initialising and being stored in dependencies
• Hardcoded a bunch of future groups functionality strings (so at least there is something for testing)
• Updated the 'performAndPushChange' function to be on the LibSessionCacheType so it can be mocked
• Updated the Mock logic to support specifying a dynamic return value via a closure
• Tweaked some variable naming to remove ambiguity

Added logic for Group Message Requests
Added a 'ManualResultJob' which allows for a way to add a dependency to a job which can be resolved separately from the job system (it's not persistent though)
Added the ability for admins to delete select messages from updated groups
Swapped 'save'/'saved' calls to be 'upsert'/'upserted' as that's the actual behaviour we expect (unique key based rather than primary key based)
Fixed a bug where the 'limitedReuse' 'drainBehaviour' could get stuck in an invalid state
Fixed a bug where job dependencies could swap queues which could theoretically result in deadlocks in some cases

Updated the SharedConfigMessage type to have a TTL of 30 days
Updated the SnodeAPI to have a 'poll' method to be more consistent with the OpenGroupAPI (it also does multiple things now so is cleaner)
Added logic to limit the number of config messages to be retrieved per poll
Added the 'ValidatableResponse' protocol to standardise SnodeAPI response validation
Added the libSession version to the logs
Fixed an issue where the user profile pic wouldn't get synced correctly due to memory going out of scope
Fixed some threading issues
Refactored the thread variants to follow the updated terminology (will think about refactoring other code areas later)

Got the ability to send message working again and other tweaks

Tested and fixed a couple of issues with the disappearingMessages job
Added a simple dependency system for jobs (primarily for the AttachmentUploadJob, but will likely be others later)
Setup the AttachmentUploadJob again (looks like there are cases which use it)
Prevented a possible infinite job deferral loop from causing the app to crash (the loop is still technically possible but the app will continue to run now)
Updated the interactions unique constraints based on testing and discussions around how the serverHash works
Deleted the legacy ReadReceipt handling (now managed via the 'interaction.wasRead' flag and 'SendReadReceiptsJob')
Deleted the unused SSKIncrementingIdFinder
