Raphaël Hertzog 33edee9c27 Rename script into ./build.sh 
Keep build_all.sh symlink for now to ease transition. The build_all is no
longer relevant since it doesn't build all images but only one by default.

aka commit 3138b1a4faba120efd082e351d8cef04fcaf6392. The closest Debian release
is 3.0~a67-1.

Do not put use generic environment variables that are in conflict
with live-build internal variables. Auto-publish the resulting images.
